1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Komplice 3D, 1230 rue Potvin, Farnham (Quebec) J2N 2A7, hereinafter “the Organizer”. Email: [email protected]. Phone: 514-358-7789. Website: komplice3d.com.

2. Duration

The contest starts on November 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on December 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

3. Eligibility

The contest is open to Quebec residents 18 years of age or older. The Organizer, its employees, representatives and agents, and the people living with them, are not eligible.

4. How to enter: no purchase necessary

1. Fill out the entry form at komplice3d.com/en/concours (first name and email), accept these rules, then confirm your email by clicking the link you receive. Each confirmed entry gives one (1) base entry.
2. Entry without Internet: send your first name, last name and phone number or email with the words “Komplice 3D contest” to [email protected], or fill out a coupon at a Komplice 3D booth at a market during the contest. It also gives one (1) base entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the whole contest. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries are void.

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and has no effect on the chances of winning.

4.1 Extra entries through referrals (optional)

Once their entry is confirmed, each person receives a personal link on komplice3d.com. They can send it any way they like (copy the link, text message, email or Messenger). Inviting friends is optional and is never required to enter or to win.

• Referred friend: 3 entries for each eligible person who signs up with this personal link and confirms their email, up to a maximum of 10 friends (so at most 31 entries per person). The friend must also be eligible (section 3). You cannot refer yourself.
• This is the only way to get extra entries. Simply sharing the link gives no entries.
• No entries are given for any action on Facebook or any other social platform (sharing, posting, liking, commenting or tagging friends). Commenting or tagging a friend under a post by the Organizer is optional, unrewarded, and never a condition of entry.
• Extra entries cannot be bought and are not tied to any purchase. The counter shown on the website is for information; the Organizer's register prevails.

5. Prizes

Three (3) main prizes, each being a $100 promo code valid on komplice3d.com. Total value of the main prizes: $300.

Winner's promo code

• Unique code for a fixed $100 discount on the cart, valid for one use only and only with the winner's email address.
• Valid until March 31, 2027.
• Valid only on products offered in the shop. Excludes custom modelling and custom-made work, print hours for custom orders, and engraving to order.
• Cannot be combined with any other promo code.
• Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, not refundable. Any balance left unused after the order is lost.
• The code applies to products only: shipping is not covered. Pickup in Farnham is free, by appointment.

Referrer prize

• If the winner was invited by a friend (signed up with an eligible friend's personal link), that friend receives a $9.99 promo code that applies to articulated animals (for example, a set of 3 of your choice). Value: $9.99. The code applies only to products in the Articulated animals category; if the order is over $9.99, the referrer pays the difference.
• One use only, valid until March 31, 2027. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, not refundable. Shipping is not covered; pickup in Farnham is free, by appointment. At most three (3) referrer prizes, one per draw.

Maximum total value of all prizes: 3 × $100 + up to 3 × $9.99 = up to $329.97.

• Any applicable taxes on the prizes are paid by Komplice 3D.
• No substitution, except at the Organizer's discretion with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Draws

Three (3) random draws, each for one (1) $100 promo code:

• Draw 1: November 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., among the entries confirmed before that time;
• Draw 2: November 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., same rule;
• Draw 3: December 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., same rule.

Times are Eastern Time. The draws take place in Farnham (Quebec), at random, weighted by each person's number of entries. People who do not win remain eligible for the following draws, with all their entries. A person can win only one (1) main prize.

Odds of winning: they depend on the total number of eligible entries (base and extra) confirmed at the time of each draw.

7. Claiming a prize

• The winner is notified by email (or by phone for an entry without Internet) within 2 days of the draw. They must reply within 5 days of the notice, otherwise another name is drawn.
• To get the prize, the winner must correctly answer, without help, a mathematical skill-testing question, by email or in person. The referrer must do the same to get the referrer prize.
• The promo code is sent by email within 5 days of confirmation. The referrer receives their promo code the same way.

8. Publicity and personal information

• With their consent, the winner's first name and region may be published on the Komplice 3D website and social media.
• The information collected (first name, email, dates of signup and confirmation, referral link used and, to prevent fraud, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address) is used only to run the contest. It is destroyed 30 days after the last draw, except the first name, email and proof of consent of people who checked the newsletter box.

• Entrants can request access to, correction or deletion of their information at this address.

9. General conditions

• The Organizer is not responsible for lost, incomplete or late entries, or for technical problems with the website or email delivery.
• The Organizer may cancel or change the contest in case of fraud, technical problems or force majeure. It will then notify entrants on the website.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Meta, Instagram or any other social platform. Each entrant releases these platforms from any liability.
• These rules are available at komplice3d.com/en/concours. In case of any difference between these rules and any advertising, the rules prevail. In case of any difference between the French and English versions, the French version prevails.
